Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager (OCM) to partner with our IT team responsible for frequent feature enhancements and system upgrades. This role is critical in improving readiness processes, bridging communication between IT and business stakeholders, and ensuring smooth adoption of changes in a fast-paced environment with complex integrations.

Key Responsibilities
Readiness Assessment & Process Improvement
Evaluate existing readiness assessments and identify gaps.
Design and implement improved readiness frameworks or optimize current processes for effectiveness.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Act as the liaison between IT and business teams.
Translate technical changes into clear, layman-friendly language for business stakeholders.
Gather business feedback and return to IT with specific, actionable insights.
Develop and execute communication strategies (email campaigns, meetings, status updates) to keep all parties informed.
Risk Identification & Impact Analysis
Identify, log, and track risks related to feature enhancements and upgrades.
Analyze business impact and surface issues early to prevent disruptions.
Provide PMs with clear direction and mitigation strategies.
Coordination (Training & Enablement)
While not delivering training directly, coordinate training logistics and ensure readiness for impacted teams.
Support PMs and SMEs in scheduling and communicating training sessions.

Required Skills & Experience

-Change Management Expertise
-Exceptional ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
-Proficient in identifying risks, assessing impacts, and advising on mitigation strategies.
-Hands-on experience with ERP projects (Infor, SAP, or similar)
-Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
