Job Description
A client in the medical device space is seeking a talented Product Manager to supercharge the enablement of their AI solutions in a few key business areas. The ideal candidate will have experience automating processes or implementing AI solutions to improve patient access, drive improvement in Sales Operations, or create patient facing support. This resource will work directly with IT and Business stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and strong delivery of the product expansion and enhancements. Prior experience in the pre-authorization or patient access or Commercial Excellence space and ability to recommend technical solutions for different use cases throughout the process. (AI vs. Automation vs. Machine Learning) This will be a high impact role with major revenue driving deliverables and the ability to engage high level stakeholders to drive internal buy-in will be key! This opportunity is hybrid, 2-3 days per week onsite in Valencia, CA.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of professional Product Management experience
• Prior Program/Project Management experience, knowledge of best practices
• Experience implementing + commercializing AI/ML products + solutions
• Strong communication skills with experience working with high level stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Medical Device/Life Sciences Industry experience
o Specific experience within the Pre-Authorization, Patient Access, or Sales Ops/Commercialization space
• Advanced Degree (MBA, Master’s etc.)
• Relevant certifications (AI Technology, Product Management, PMP, etc.)
• Hands-On Technical Background
