Insight Global is looking for a Director of Sales to join a growing company specializing in advanced overhead conductors. This highly cross-functional role will be responsible for CRM utilization and reporting, conference and event lead generation, customer experience, RFP and sales planning, partner enablement, and marketing execution. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach who can align tactical execution with broader growth initiatives, ensuring the discovery, promotion, and adoption of the product. Responsibilities include:
CRM & Reporting: Oversee CRM strategy, adoption, and executive-level KPI dashboards. Redefine the process and fully maximize the CRM capabilities and explore what other capabilities are needed
Event Marketing: Lead planning and execution of industry events (e.g., CIGRÉ, IEEE).
Strategic Marketing: Develop campaigns, proposals, and technical positioning materials.
Customer Success: Build frameworks for post-sale engagement and loyalty.
RFP & Contracts: Manage cross-functional RFP responses and contract alignment.
Sales Planning: Enable account planning, partner programs, and sales training.
Manage and refine the sales process, including inside sales support and external sales reps
