Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Customer Complaints Analyst to work on a long-term ongoing contract for a large enterprise Medical Device company located in Irvine, CA. This role is a contract projected to be 3+ years that provides health benefits, PTO, and holiday pay.

This role will be a hybrid role, working on-site 2-3 days a week and remote the following days. While in this position, you will be receiving an average of 12-15 calls per day regarding medical device product issues. While this is an average, there are days where 20+ calls are received. You will be dedicating time to documentation practices into various software systems and escalating via proper channels when required. The person in this position will trained for 4+ months prior to even taking a customer call. Around 6+ months the training will end and the employee will be responsible for conducting complaints and documentation with continued education and support.

Required Skills & Experience

1-3+ years of customer support experience within a healthcare or regulated industry
Bachelors Degree
Strong communication and documentation skills

Complaints experience
Medical Device experience
