As a Sustainability Expert embedded within a large-scale infrastructure program, you will lead the integration of environmental responsibility into the design, deployment, and operation of advanced systems. Your daily responsibilities will include shaping and implementing sustainability policies, conducting environmental due diligence for infrastructure sites, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to embed sustainability into procurement, construction, and operational workflows. Youll work closely with partners to align on sustainability expectations, propose contractual language, and benchmark efforts against industry leaders. This role requires balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring that sustainability is not only a guiding principle but a measurable and actionable component of infrastructure strategy.

- 78 years of experience in sustainability strategy, environmental due diligence, or ESG implementation, ideally in a tech or infrastructure-heavy environment
- Proven ability to develop and implement sustainability policies and frameworks from the ground up
- Expertise in evaluating environmental risks across power, water, cooling, construction, and hardware lifecycle
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with legal, procurement, and technical teams
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, build scalable systems, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinker with a systems-oriented mindset and a bias toward action
