Our customer is a building software to improve semiconductor wafer fabs. Your job will be to work with clients on the smooth rollout of our software through your expert data, communication, and collaboration skills. You may be working on more than one customer at a time depending on your workload
After rollout, your job will be to maximize the success and satisfaction our software brings the customer. You will be a part of a high-performing team, solving difficult problems using equal-parts data analytics and customer interaction.
Core Responsibilities:
- Becoming an expert in a few chosen customers. You'll know their requirements inside-out and be our go-to specialist within the company.
- Engaging with early-stage pre-sales projects and meet new prospective clients.
- Being a dedicated point of contact for your customers and their "voice" to the rest of our company; making sure our product works for their needs.
- Speaking to customers regularly and being curious about their needs.
- Understanding all the knobs and dials on our software. You'll be demo'ing brand new features and troubleshooting customer issues by staying up-to-date on the inner workings of our app
- Attending occasional conference and networking event to meet other practitioners in the industry and learn more about the market.

- 4+ years of SAAS Implementation experience with Enterprise Software
o Ability to understand SAAS from a technical/Software Engineering standpoint.
o Ability to run a full implementation start to finish
- Experience working a client facing role
- Experience with Excel and SQL (BI tools) at a high level
- Willingness to Travel
