One of Insight Global's top clients in the Banking Industry is looking for a Client Service Representative II to sit on site 4 days a week in Lake Mary, FL. The Client Service team works with... external clients to resolve the most complex day-to-day issues and leverages the appropriate resources to resolve their inquiries. They are responsible for the front-line communication and support of clients? requests, mainly via telephone, email, or chat. They will also be responsible for building both internal partnerships as well as external relationships with the clients. Client inquiries can range from account maintenance requests such as: checking on an account status, helping with a password reset, audit trail, etc., to more complex client issues such as: cost basis issues, wash sales, trying to open an account in a foreign country, etc. The ideal candidate is someone who has a background in Client Service within a Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Brokerage environment.
